About Me

Thank you for visiting my site and taking a moment to learn more about me! I’m based in the Pacific Northwest, if you’re familiar with Portland, I’m in the NW suburbs near Forest Park. I live here with my wife, son, and our two Golden Retrievers. We enjoy summer camping trips, hiking on trails within the Columbia Gorge, and winter outings skiing and snowshoeing.

When I'm not spending time with family and friends, I’m focused on my passion for technology. I’ve been in the tech industry for over 20 years, with experience in both operations and development. I started my journey as a programmer working with C and LISP, before transitioning into hardware architecture.

Going to the operations side of tech, I first worked with systems integrators and eventually ran my own practice for a number of years before moving into the corporate world. The hands-on experience managing teams and projects while working with SI's and my own business has allowed me to develop strong leadership skills, which I now apply in helping large enterprise customers with strategy, planning, and deploying new technologies.

One thing that is constant throughout my career, i enjoy learning and gaining experience to help others. I have been focused heavily on AI, (you can see some of my work in the AI section in the Development page) and continue to invest in my skill-set to be relevant in my profession.
