The App Modernization slides provide a high-level example of the deliverables a customer would receive following a workshop. For privacy reasons, many slides have been omitted. In this example, the customer was manually provisioning infrastructure for applications, with separate cost allocation between the development and operations teams. This led to duplicated processes and unnecessary capital expenditures for hardware and software. The slides below illustrate an example of a converged infrastructure with automation and scripting tools, standardizing on a single platform for both the Dev and Ops teams. This approach enables easier cost allocation and resource tracking, reduces provisioning time, and fosters collaboration across projects.
