The slides below provide a high-level example of the deliverables a customer receives following a workshop. For privacy reasons, many slides have been omitted. In this example, the customer was manually provisioning infrastructure for applications, with separate cost allocation between development and operations teams — leading to duplicated processes and unnecessary capital expenditure. The slides illustrate a converged infrastructure with automation and scripting tools, standardizing on a single platform for Dev and Ops, enabling easier cost allocation, reduced provisioning time, and improved cross-team collaboration.
